Application Fees are non-refundable; there are no refunds for online rental payments; other on-line payments are refunded on a case by case basis, contact RHMS bookkeeper MiChelle Stevens at MiChelle@renthomefl.com. Security deposits are refunded in accordance with F.S. Statute 83.
